Im obtaining a browser error, is anyone else? When are you going to post again? You really inform many people! Cheers with this article, it had been great to see. Thank you for the efforts you have made in writing this post. I am hoping the same best work from you in the future as well. Actually your creative writing abilities has inspired me to start my own BlogEngine blog now. Really the blogging is spreading its wings rapidly. Your article is really a fine example of it. =-=

  • Example Player Character wiki page
  • ReCaptcha has been installed, if you are not logged in you will be asked to enter a recaptcha phrase for every page you edit.
  • Picture uploads are enabled, not sure about the max size right now... probably limited by the php config file to about 4 to 8 MB
  • For formatting help I would recommend looking at either http://wiki.hive13.org http://www.caffeinesystems.com or googling for "mediawiki formatting term"
  • Basic stuff:
    • Asterisks create bulleted lists
      1. Pound signs create numbered lists
      2. Like this.
        • As you can see you can nest bullets and numbers.
      • "=" signs are used for headings, if you get enough a context menu is auto-generated for that page.
    • Pages are created by first linking too them, aka No Page Here. Click the red link, then create the page and save it.
    • To make links prettier, AKA turn User:Paul into just "Paul" Paul
    • External links are either just the link http://google.com or for text substitution Google
    • Tables are ugly in mediawiki unless you update the style doc (never tried it) and are ugly to write up w/ media wiki markup.
